Scott is a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University in Texas where he was a member of the Cowboy’s baseball team as a pitcher. He is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and holds certifications from the Center for Executive Coaching, Insights Discovery and The Table Group.
Scott has spent most of his 30-year career coaching individuals, teams, and organizations to reach next-level performance. A few of the leadership roles he has served in are Vice President at two international human performance consulting firms; Vice President for a California based communications firm; Senior Consultant for The McHale Group, LLC; Managing Partner for his current firm which focuses on Leadership Coaching for both individual leaders and teams.
Highlights of Scott’s experience include:
· Successful leadership coaching engagements for over 20 CMOs at HCA Healthcare
· Facilitated a number of physician meetings to gain alignment, structure action plans and develop a strategy
· Successful coaching engagements with physicians and nursing leaders from HCA Healthcare (numerous facilities across Texas, Florida, California, Nevada), Atrium Healthcare, Olympic Medical Center, Tucson Medical Center, Sun Behavioral Health, Smile Doctors (Florida).
· Zig Ziglar Corporation – developing a program for getting the “I CAN” course into public schools across the country.
· Acclivus Corp – running the Indirect Channel for the US and serving on the US Senior Leadership team
· SNP Communications – opening and running the Austin, TX office and serving on the US Senior Leadership team
· Insights Corp – running the US Indirect Channel and serving on the US Senior Leadership team
Scott lives in San Antonio, Texas with his wife Lori. They are both active in the community through their volunteer work with the San Antonio Food Bank and Soldiers Angels. They also have five kids (all out of the house!) that keep them entertained along with their two very active Jack Russel terrier puppies!
